Please note that I do not usually offer one-off healing sessions. Due to the nature of the type of healing work I do, while the first session will usually get immediate results I only want to work with those who are interested in making those results *last*, which takes multiple sessions to make the required changes.

If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the value of the session that was scheduled. This policy is in place out of respect for myself and my other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Of course, life doesn't always go as planned and sometimes emergencies just happen; these missed appointments due to emergency will not be charged, a makeup session will be scheduled at your convenience, and depending on circumstances a complementary distance reiki session may be offered.
